Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ThreatWatch Community plan, a hosted service. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

ThreatWatch Community is a free, hosted instance of the ThreatWatch threat intelligence platform. We host, back up, and maintain it — you don't need to install or manage anything. The underlying software is proprietary; these terms do not grant you rights to the source code, and self-hosting is not part of the Community plan.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Third-party integrations

Threat-feed and AI-provider integrations you configure are subject to those providers' own terms and rate limits. We aren't responsible for the accuracy, availability, or licensing of third-party feed data.

Availability

The Community plan is provided on a best-effort, "as is" basis with no uptime guarantee. Check the status page for current service health. We may change or discontinue features of the Community plan with reasonable notice.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of the intelligence content your organization creates. We don't claim ownership of it, and we use it only to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

ThreatWatch is provided without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on intelligence data it surfaces.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
